MYRRH
(Commiphora myrrha)

A resinous gum exudate from the tree/subshrub native to the mid-east.
Has been used to brush the teeth and gums to aid in treatment against pyorrhea. Has also been used to soothe open wounds and bed sores.
Used as incense. Well known component of incense used in religious ceremony.
