FIGWORT

CAUTION! Should be avoided by those with heart conditions.

PART USED: Whole plant.
HARVEST: Cut plant while flowering and dry for use.

MEDICINAL:
Diuretic, alterative, laxative, anodyne; affects liver, heart and circulation.
Has been used for chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, and pruritus.
Has been used externally for skin diseases and fungal infections, wounds, burns, ulcers and skin inflammations.
Has been used for mastitis, swollen glands and poor circulation.
Increases strength of heart contractions.
