EYEBRIGHT
(Euphrasia officinalis)

PROPAGATION:By seed. Annual.
NEEDS: Full sun. Grassy dry earth. Eyebright is semi-parasitic and needs to grow with grass.
HARVEST: Above ground herb cut in full flower; air dry.

MEDICINAL USES:
Has been used for eye problems such as weakness, cysts, and conjunctivitis.
Once smoked for chronic bronchial colds.

COMMENT:
Source of sulphur.
